Rath can rival Four Arms so I disagree with you and everybody else for putting Four Arms above Rath only because he is one of the most overused aliens ever.
Without diving too much into feats and shit, I see Four Arms as being physically stronger then Rath. While Rath may not be as physically powerful, he makes up for it with his aggressive fighting. Also he is a better fighter. I want to say that clock work would be 2nd most powerful because maltraunt who had defeated atomic X was the species of clock work.
