Business is slow, however, so do not expect to get paid as much as other Lexus dealerships in the valley.

A typical day was to come in with a happy, positive spirit, ready to take on the task of answering telephones, greeting clients, supporting sales staff with a smile. Job security was threatened on a regular basis, along with personal insults. Human Resources was a place to vent, at risk of being terminated The worst offenders are the people that have been with the company the longest. There were some people, and managers that were wonderful, but compromised their good nature to maintain their job. I am grateful to have had the experience, and learn that that type of environment is not where I care to spend the precious moments in life.

I learned how to detail cars and also data dot them. Management weren't so bad but everyone's schedule would be unsteady. My coworkers are fun to work with and easy to communicate with. The hardest part of the job was just running around the dealership and trying to make the service and sale side happy. The most enjoyable part of the is that we could wash our own car and make it look fresh. Commission only of Automobiles and maintaining sales logs and following up with potential clients.
