Which morrowind patch

It is very thorough, but I think it is also conservative in what it does. It can be a little hard to follow, but I used almost everything in the list and my game looks fantastic now.

MGE XE simply allows you to set higher resolution, add shaders, set up distant land, and more. I definitely recommend finding a youtube video on how to use it. It is very good and you will learn how to properly mod the game.

I just want it to run smoother and scale nicer on modern machines. Once I've completed the vanilla game, I will definitely be adding on more mods that add to the game and improve graphics and such. I've heard good things about Morrowind Rebirth and the Construction set. Once you have extracted the download, you will need to copy over all of the files into your Data Files folder.

Now all that you need to do is to open Morrowind's launcher, click on the Data Files button, and ensure that Morrowind Patch v1. Quorn briefly returned to work on the patch, incorporating solutions for some of the remaining bug complaints into a new beta. This beta was previously available from SendSpace , but is now only available at The Assimilation Lab.

It only updates the patch file itself, and requires the assets from 1. A new beta version was released to fix the bugs reported about in the version 1. It is currently available from BTB's list. BTB also offers his edited version which removes several bugs from the 'official' 1.
